
Hi everybody!
It is that time once again for this week’s weigh in so let’s get to it. Today is Monday and the beginning of a new week for me.
This week will mark the 4th week on the 12 Week 50lb Fitness Challenge. This is a great accomplishment for me just sticking to this lifestyle change and dramatic eating improvement that I’ve made.
I have been drinking my water eating my fish and lifting my weights like clockwork minus a mishap last week.
Besides that I have been doing good and ready to get another week under my belt! YEA!!

I know I am babbling a bit so let’s talk about this week’s weight loss. I am now down to 400.2lbs which means my total lost so far is 24.2lbs!!!
I feel so happy about that considering I was a bad boy last week and messed up. But I guess with all the workouts my metabolism is kicking in and might have helped the scale in this case a little. If there are any experts out there, let me know if that is the case?
So now here is the big Mr. Meltdown news of the week. It is now phase 2 of my diet and fitness program and I will now rewrite my workout to add a little more muscle building into my routine. I want to make sure I am lifting a little more aggressively to tone my skin as much as possible.
I have seen the results of so many weight loss stories from such great people and also the horror stories of lose skin once the fat was gone. So I am going to do as much as I can now so that I can decrease at least some of the amount of extra skin I might have once I reach my goal.
If anyone has any suggestions on this please let me know so I can take some notes. Well enough of me being long winded. LOL That is all I got for today so check out the video below and I will catch all of you beautiful people a little later!

OK Cris this week give the team at least 30 to 45 minutes on the treadmill no less than 3 times before Sunday. Don’t worry that is what I do if I don’t hit the tread I walk for the same amount of time.
Drink nothing but water and lemon water and no fried food. This is for the Team Cris!!! Let’s get em!!
Gotcha! I will make it at least 4. No ried food and I will even give up the coffee and crystal light. I gotta make this happen.
