OK Cris this week give the team at least 30 to 45 minutes on the treadmill no less than 3 times before Sunday. Don’t worry that is what I do if I don’t hit the tread I walk for the same amount of time. 

Drink nothing but water and lemon water and no fried food. This is for the Team Cris!!! Let’s get em!!</description>
