
I can’t say I really know anyone who don’t like a good BBQ. I wanted to do this all summer but trying to eat right has made me punish myself into thinking I can’t have my steak and eat it too.
My girl friend insisted that BBQ is healthy and low on calories too. So I decided to go on and do it and make some steak that was not only hot with heat but can’t be beat! LOL
One thing that was very cool to find out was I can eat a whole 5oz steak and that would only be 350 calories of lean meat!

Now that this BBQ was a success, I plan to try other things like grilling shrimp, salmon, turkey and chicken. Eating right don’t mean you have to avoid having fun and enjoying yourself.
I believe that if you go into a diet or should I say lifestyle change then have fun! If you enjoy the food that you eat then it is a better chance you will stick to your diet right?
