12 Week 50lb Fitness Challenge Fail?

Back in August of 2009 I started a 12 Week 50lbs Fitness Challenge. When I first started on this insane plan I was weighing 424.4lbs. I am now at 390lbs which means that so far I have lost over 34lbs since August.
This means that if I lose another 16lbs I would have reached my goal of the first 50lbs gone.
I am at a point that I am feeling like I am worth the effort to lose weight. I have been living my life with so many obstacles that are just unavoidable.

Hi everyone!! I know I have not posted in a week but I had some projects that took up most of my time. The good news is I stuck to my diet and kept up my progress. I weighed myself yesterday and I have finally reached the 300 zone!!!!!
I am now 395lbs!!! YEA!!
I am so happy right now and proud of myself! I remember not to long ago a doctor told me that “I was a walking time bomb just waiting to explode.” I just don’t want to get to that point and this is the way I will fight it! More >

Hi everybody!
It is that time once again for this week’s weigh in so let’s get to it. Today is Monday and the beginning of a new week for me.
This week will mark the 4th week on the 12 Week 50lb Fitness Challenge. This is a great accomplishment for me just sticking to this lifestyle change and dramatic eating improvement that I’ve made.
I have been drinking my water eating my fish and lifting my weights like clockwork minus a mishap last week.
