Last night I tried to set a record for my own personal fitness challenge. I decided to see just how far I could push my body and walk a 1/4 mile every half an hour.

THE FIRST 3 HOURS

Into the fist 3 hours I was feeling kind of sluggish for some reason. My knees where in pain and my pace seemed to lack momentum when I tried to pick up the pace.

I used my MP3 player that was pumping groves at 120bpm to keep my heart rate up and my mind on track.

I guess I was inspired by the music.
