<p>It is very challenging staying commuted to working out but this helps me in a way to keep on track.</p>
<p>I have also been keeping up with the raw food diet and right now I am at 60% raw. I am slowly trying to get to eating 100% raw and maybe in time I will reach that goal.</p>
<p>I am felling good these days though as a result of eating healthy. I will keep you all posted on my progress.</p>

<p><strong>THE FIRST 3 HOURS</strong></p>
<p>Into the fist 3 hours I was feeling kind of sluggish for some reason. My knees where in pain and my pace seemed to lack momentum when I tried to pick up the pace.</p></div>
<div>I used my MP3 player that was pumping groves at 120bpm to keep my heart rate up and my mind on track.</p>
<p>I guess I was inspired by the music.</p>
<p><strong>Hour 6 I Am Feeling The Pain</strong></p>
<p>OK I am now halfway through this and feel like giving up but the voice in my belly yells SPARTAN!</p></div>
<p>I was feeling kind of like I have to do this and it is just about proving to myself that I can accomplish a goal that is challenging.</p>
<div>The fact that I am half way through my day of self sacrifice is such an egg suck right now.</p>
<p><strong>9 Hours Down 3 To Go</strong></div>
<p>I felt this one for sure and have to admit I am feeling like going home so I can chill out on my best friend, <span> </span>Sofa, who is cool with the remote.</p>
<p>If I quit now my knees will stop talking crap to me but it is something about a challenge that makes me stick in there.</p>
<p>Right now I hate the fact that I am FAT!! It was not fun at all I promise you. I was feeling the 9th hour for sure!</p>
<p><strong>The 12th Hour I want my Blankie! </strong></p>
<p>I started this at 7pm and it is now 7am and I feel like screaming at myself. My knees complained the whole entire ride of self sacrifice.</p>
<div>My nose is kind of running because it is cold as heck in GA tonight! I must be crazy to push myself like this right? But the good news is I have done it and now I feel great about myself!</p>
<p>I feel like I have proven to myself that I can do whatever I put my mind too! I am in serious pain right now and I am not kidding. But the pain I feel lets me know that it was worth it just to know I have completed a mini goal. I have made it to the 12th hour and now it is time for a shower and a nap. LOL</p></div>
