Bill Clinton lost 24lbs on a Vegan diet and has managed to better his health. I guess when you see the results of public figures and ex presidents looking toward raw food and vegan lifestyles then you have to start paying attention right?

I was always one of the people who thought I had it hard in life. I always thought why I had to be overweight and why do I have to battle with obesity? But I had a strong reality check when I watched this amazing video from Nick Vujicic. I have to be honest that once you look at how some people make the best of what they are giving in life, you really don’t have reason to complain anymore. I hope that this video will inspire some of you the way it inspired me.

Are Food Corporation’s in America deceptive about their products? Could it be possible that companies are more concerned about profit than your overall health? Could you be eating chemicals that pose as the real thing not knowing that you’re eating dies and fillers? I guess all I can say is buyer beware!

I am glad that I am learning more about raw foods and not leaning toward processed foods as much anymore. I guess the only way to really tell what you are putting into your body is to eat fresh from the vine instead of fresh off the dusty shelves with foods that come packaged in a box.

I don’t know about you but I love a good fresh cool blueberry and after watching this video I am glad I eat mine fresh. But if you choose to eat yours in the form of a muffin or pastry which I do admit can be tasty you might be eating something else.
