Fat Loss Call To Action Plan For Mr. Meltdown

I know some of you are not going to enjoy this post because I am about to drop the bomb!
I know many of you might not like what I am about to reveal, but I am being honest with everything concerning weight loss.
I know everyone is looking for the magic bullet, something to help take away the fat overnight.
But I have to keep it real with you and let you know the truth about how I am planning to lose 200lbs.
First of all if you think I am about to talk about bariatric surgery, think again!
I know surgery might help people overcome extreme health situations but it is just not for me.
I have seen good, bad and ugly outcomes of bariatric surgery. Let me just tell you I am not game for that experiment with my body.
Now you think I am about to talk about the magic pill right?
I know what you’re thinking. Pick a pill, red or blue, but your mistaken again.
My secret weapon for fighting fat will be old school measures that work and have a proven track record. Simply called calorie counting.
Yes! Calorie counting is really the only proven method that you can track, adjust, and modify to reach and maintain long lasting results.
For a man my size, weighing 400lbs, trying to lose weight would require me to maintain a diet of 3200 calories a day or less.
To assist me in my effort to not over eat it is vital that I know how much I am eating.
I will also try something that makes good sense, and is proven to be very effective in fat loss.
I will use my own M & M = mini meal technique that translates into 6 small meals a day. This will keep me on target and also give my metabolism the boost it desperately needs.
I will also start taking multivitamins and experiment with natural protein shakes. I want to focus more on natural nutrition to elevate and maintain my energy level for my workouts.
This is the plan right now, but if you all have any great suggestions I would love to hear from you.
