Fat Loss Workout Video Gone Wild


This is my first workout video I have done for 2010. I wanted to start logging my workouts on video so I can better document my progress.

It is very challenging staying commuted to working out but this helps me in a way to keep on track.

I have also been keeping up with the raw food diet and right now I am at 60% raw. I am slowly trying to get to eating 100% raw and maybe in time I will reach that goal.

I am felling good these days though as a result of eating healthy. I will keep you all posted on my progress.
