Going Raw Journey – Raw Food Diet Blueprint Review

by mrmeltdown on April 3, 2010

This has been a very educational week I must say. I am almost done with the book and have learned many things about the raw food lifestyle. The one thing I love about learning from this book is that it talks to you not at you.

The information is very easy to understand and makes a bunch of sense when you consider why we try to eat healthy in the first place.

I needed some answers and I feel like I now have them and can move forward. Now originally I was going to dive head first into the raw food lifestyle. That was until I started reading through the material in this book and learned that it is best to start off slow.

I am now at around 65% raw and slowly breaking into the complete 100% change. My feelings are good about this change of diet and I am starting to understand more about the raw food principals of eating.

I have to be honest with you that I love meat with every meal but it is more important what I eat than what I like to eat at this moment.

I am now thinking of my body and not so much my taste buds as a priority. But don’t get me wrong there are many raw food recipes that came with the system that is just OFF THE HOOK! So I will say overtime I think this might be a little hard to fully adjust and comply with the rules, but I know that my body and my heart will thank me later.

If you would like to check out Raw Food Diet Blueprint I put the like below.

If the Raw Food Diet is a nutrition plan you can see yourself on for the rest of your life, then I say go for it. If not, then its on to the next one.

I tried to email you, but it bounced back. Says your email is full.
