Healthy Spicy Szechuan Chicken Stir-Fry
The one thing I have noticed about diet food lately is that it has become a little boring. I wanted to do something a little unique with my food choices and raise the bar a little. I decided to kick my own food up a bit and try out some fun recipes that lifted my spirits while still eating right. I have been eating 1 large meal a day lately followed by to meal replacements in the form of a shake. I have been eating a decent as you seen in the video portion but now I am trying to decrease the amount of my big meal. It was the advice of some of the folks here that helped me to rethink my strategy on how I am eating and portion size.
