
I was sitting at the desk just thinking about how in the heck can I reach my weight loss goals? I was stressed out feeling that I was not doing enough to lose weight. This is when I realized that fat loss is indeed a huge process that over time can be beat.
I think I was focused way to much on today and not tomorrow. I also figured that the first prescription I am writing myself for 2010 is to get out of my COMFORT ZONE!
What might I mean when I say this you may ask?
I think I was way to focused on traditional methods of weight loss for starters. You know the tradtional eat six small meals and workout 4 or 5 times a week routine.
I am finding out quickly that this type of thinking is not setting a realistic solution to my obesity issues. Let me explain what I mean before you chop my head off.
When I first did the 12 week 50lb Fitness Challenge, I was walking in the dark or dare I say running! I did not setup a proper diet and exercise program that was tested and proven worthy of my efforts.
I had this just do it and get it done attitude without the proper research so it is a wonder that I lost a good amount of weight but not the entire 50lbs I hoped for.
Diet is more like a science that has to have all the right elements of research and logic behind it in order to generate real results. I am feeling that in order for me to really live up to the name Mr. Meltdown I first have to do more research on fat loss.
I most learn what works best for my body type and setup personal goals that works better for me not just the next man. This time around I want to look deeper into the best workouts and eating plans that will get me through the battles I face in the near future.
This is why I am in a complete re inventive state of mind changing my approach. If you viewed my last video and I hope you did. You will see me asking for help and advice because I planing to win this war on fat and not fail.
So now is the time and I am looking more into developing a proper nutrition plan that will aid with my new fitness lifestyle. I am looking for the workouts that will feed the right muscles groups to aid in burning fat and speeding up my metabolism.
I want to research more on supplements and vitamins and find out if I really need them or not.
I also want to make sure that I have good advise from experienced people who have a background in fitness or have successfully accomplished losing weight themselves.
So as you see I have my work cut out for me but I am up for the job and moving forward with my journey. This is my weight loss plans for 2010 and this time next year I plan to reach my goals of being fit!
BECAUSE I AM STEPPING OUT MY COMFORT ZONE!
