I was in GNC the other day and over heard a question by a customer. The customer asked the clerk hey which one of your weight loss products works the best? The clerk assisted the customer right away and showed him the most expensive stuff on the shelf and said “This is our best seller!”
I was thinking wow I read a review on that product and everyone said that product sucked! In fact they went on to explain some serious adverse effects they experienced as a result of that so called, “Great Product!”
What Do I Think?
I think hard work and sweat is the best answer for everyone trying to lose weight like me. I don’t really believe that there is really any magic pill to weight loss.
In fact even if there was a magic pill then you would turn into an addict trying to maintain whatever progress you have made, as a result of your fix.
So I say just stick to the eating right and working out and in the long race to fitness you will break the ribbon!

I have two rules for knowing whether or not there is a magic pill…. #1 is, when the magic pill comes out, Oprah will be sure to let us know about it. #2 is when the magic pill comes out Oprah–along with everyone else in this country–will be skinny. Until we hear that no one is struggling with weight loss we can rest assured there has not yet been a magical discovery that we can swallow easily to make our troubles go away.
Hey Laurie you are right on target with that one! LOL @ #1..
When I decided to trim down my embarrassing belly fat, I knew there’s no easy way and surely magic pills won’t be an exception(some even recommended the dreaded Bangkok Pills). Our body does not react like that and mrmeltdown hits the bull with hard work and sweat. I’ll be looking forward to your weight loss journey. Keep us posted
Welcome to the Mr. Meltdown Blog! Thanks for your comment! This journey is just starting for me and it is about to get harder but I am ready for the battle and not giving up until I have lost 200lbs.
