Plus size cop

I found this video a little offensive after working in law enforcement for years.

Now after looking at it a second time, I realized horrible truth. Some physical jobs are just harder on those that are overweight, like myself.

Now that I am no longer in law enforcement I felt inspired by this video, kind of like looking in the mirror.

In fact I have to admit when I was in the academy I hated the running part and was gasping for air the whole time.

To be honest I am still out of breath from those full day workouts! LOL

So when you watch this video, please try to understand the real point being made. Let me know what you feel about it.

Is it too politically incorrect or does it make a valid point on taking fitness more seriously?
