Mr. Meltdown Is Now 388lbs


It has been a minute since I have done an update on my weight loss. I know what you are probably thinking right now. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO THE UPDATES!?!?!?!?

Well I have been working lately on so many task that I have not had time to update my progress.

I am in the process of building my own home based business so it consumes so much of my time that I am wiped out at the end of the day. But it is a good tiered because I am putting in time on my own business. So let’’s get to the reason of this update already.

First off  lets get straight to the point and expose my meltdown progress so far. If you remember back in August of  2009 I had a Start Weight of  424.4lbs.

Would you believe that somehow I have stuck it out through hard work? without a plano weight loss plan and lose some weight?

I can’t believe it myself. LOL But I guess  all  of my patience, dedication  and Trials & Tribulations of trying to lose this crazy weight somehow paid off.

I don’t know how but I managed to keep my sanity and lose even more weight getting just a little closer to my goal of losing all this extra love around my waist.

I have managed to drop down to 388lbs which means I have lost a total of 36.4lbs so far. I have a long way to go still but I am so inspired right now that I am just losing weight.

This is not an easy battle for me or anyone else trying to lose weight.

I am telling you that losing weight is very difficult physically and mentally! If it was easy almost everyone would be fit and in shape right? But I have committed to lose the weight and lose the weight is what I will do.

Some of the things I am starting to see is walking up stairs is still hard but I am getting less out of breath. I have also noticed that I am getting better sleep at night and feeling a little better about myself.

I used to have frequent shortness of breath and now that is slowing down a lot. So I am motivated that much more to see what else is in store for me on my weight loss journey.

So before I wrap it up I will just say that I am still pushing forward on my weight loss plan. I am really trying to do this and hope to lose big numbers by summer. So until next time I will speak with you later.
