Raw foods is like riding a bicycle… It takes time and practice in the beginning, so keep at it! But once you get in the groove, momentum will carry you, and it’ll be second nature.

Thanks Inni! I am following the Raw Food Diet Blueprint and it states that on the diet I have to eat raw. I can’t eat rice but anything dealing with vegetables will work. I am still reading the book and will keep you posted as I learn more. So far this book is amazing!

I really had to make a decision to try something new or should I say new to me. So far all the information I am learning is amazing and very informative. It is more to this lifestyle than I expected but so far so good.
