Mr. Meltdown – very good info, so thank you! I am quite fond of my protein shakes and it took me a LONG time (3+ years) to find an adequate brand, both in taste and nutrition!

@Erin – Yes I know what you mean about finding the right brand when there are so many to choose from. I now also make fresh protein shakes with fresh ingredients. You can always add extra whey or soy to your mix. Tastes great and very good for your also.
