Today is another chapter in the book of Mr. Meltdown. Today I realized something that is so powerful it gives me nervous gas.

It is a secret that many know but never share with you or anyone else.

It has been used for years and has made many rich and successful in what ever they do why others tend to fail horribly.

Have you ever thought about the reason why some people are able to lose weight why others fail?

Have you ever thought about why some people have weight loss surgery and gain twice the weight back they lost?

There are simple principles involved in success that equal a balanced result that will enable long term and healthy weight loss. This secret that I speak of is your mental attitude.

The energy that we feed the universe will create the physical results of our goals. I am now at the thinking level which enables me to know the secret and better yet understand what I need to do to obtain weight loss success.

It is very simple logic when you think of it and makes perfect since. Let me give you an example of what I am talking about. I work in Law Enforcement and it is a very stressful environment to be in.

I have a mindset when I am at work to get through the day and protect my peers as well as myself. Now if I was to go into that hostile environment with a negative mindset thinking I was going to get hurt and not come home the end result would most likely be tragic.

This is another form of mental programming that we have to take control of. If I plan to lose weight and something gives me a crave to eat bad then it is time to change the channel.

If my support team of friends and family offers me bad food choices knowing I am on a diet then it is time to change the channel!

I have now realized that I am in control of my actions and I can command results at will. I now know the secret to successful weight loss and how to change my diet. It requires me to just follow a few simple rules.

Mr. Meltdown’s Mental Prescription To Successful Weight Loss

  1. Eat Responsibly
  2. Know That Fat Loss Is Possible Through Positive Thinking.
  3. Stay Away From Anything Negative
  4. Wake Up Everyday Knowing Everything Is Possible In Life When I Work Hard.
  5. Believe In Myself & Trust In God
