Power up the computer and start tapping the F8 key until you see the screen come up with the options to boot into safe mode. You want to boot into "safe mode WITH networking". After booting up, go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and download and run the free version while in safe mode. BE SURE to do a full scan! After that, go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do an online virus scan while in safe mode! Those two things "should" clean you up.. Can you boot into safe mode?
